Equipment usage:
This equipment is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, food, and chemicals. It is commonly used for extracting effective ingredients and aromatic oils from Chinese herbal medicines and is a commonly used equipment in the production of traditional Chinese medicine. Extraction methods include atmospheric pressure and pressure, and water extraction and alcohol extraction.
Structural features:
1. Strictly follow the pressure vessel specifications for production, with precision polishing both inside and outside, in compliance with GMP requirements.
2. The equipment mainly consists of a main tank, defoamer, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, filter, etc.
3. The main tank consists of a tank body, a slag discharge door, and other parts. The opening and closing of the slag gate are powered by compressed air and controlled by a two position four-way solenoid valve in the control box. The operation is sensitive and labor-saving, ensuring smooth discharge of the slag. The slag gate is equipped with flower plates and stainless steel wire mesh, which can effectively filter and separate the medicine residue and liquid medicine.
4. The heating methods for the tank body are divided into two types: jacket heating and spiral channel heating, which can be selected according to user requirements. There are discharge ports and steam direct inlet ports on both sides of the slag discharge door cover, and the upper part of the tank body is equipped with feeding, exhaust, peeping, flushing and other pipe openings.
5. The main forms of equipment include straight tube, positive cone, mushroom, inverted cone, inclined cone, etc. Mixing devices can be equipped as needed.
6. There are various forms of slag gates for users to choose from, including dual cylinder, multi cylinder, spiral, and toothed.
7. According to customer needs, the filtration area during liquid discharge can be increased to improve production efficiency.
